** Papers without registration will NOT be included in the conference proceedings, published by IEEE CS **

(Firm Deadline: Oct. 7th, 2008)

*** At least one author of each accepted paper should register by the following steps. ***

Step 1: Registration Information & Payment (download registration form,   US Dollar Form    NT Dollar Form)

• If you will pay by credit card, please skip this step.

• Once you have finished the bank transfer, please write down your conference/workshop name, paper ID, on the receipt, scan your receipt and upload it in step 3

Step 2:  Upload final paper to IEEE web site at the following link

         http://www.ieeeconfpublishing.org/cpir/AuthorKit.asp?Community=CPS&Facility=CPS_Dec&ERoom=APSCC+2008
